Ordered a camera from these guys online. next week got a set of emails asking to contact company to "confirm order". after being hung up on and transferred several times reached guy who asked me if I wanted a battery with the camera - apparently, did not include battery. Was confused about this. Next thing he asked was if I wanted the standard olympus lens, since that did not come with my order.
