I have used many appliance protection plan companies, FBK Products Appliance Protection Plan is a scam. Our refrigerator stopped working properly in December. They could not find anyone to fix it. After 4 months, I had to find someone and pay out of pocket to repair. It then took them 2 months to reimburse me. Meanwhile, I paid more for the plan over those 6 months that I was arguing with them about a simple repair than I got reimbursed for the repair itself.
