I just took out home service with Verizon. They sold me a piece of equipment that was needed to use there service. There sevice didn't work (i'm not in the covergae area but they turn around and charged me a restocking fee of $35.00 for a piece of equipment that I can't use and therefore have no choice but return. If the equipment isnt' returned they will not cancel the service.
