I made the mistake of contracting The Pros for 2 services before having fully vetted other vendors. I selected the company because they were rated highly on the theknot.com which, before my horrible experience with ThePros, was my wedding planning bible. My first bad experience started with the photographer that we chose for our engagement photos. He cut what was supposed to be a 2 hour session to 1 hour, claiming that he had such excellent photos already and he was certain that we would be happy with the shots he had. That was a lie!
