I have been trying for the last few days to place an order for a few pairs of shoes online, however the system was not working and rejected my order. I called customer service and was told the system was not working and to try again the next day. I did so, and I discovered the shoes I was trying to order were no longer available in my size, I wear a size 5 which are very difficult to find.
