I purchased a home in November 2010 and need a Franke soap dispenser for my kitchen. Searching for it on-line, I found it advertised at American Home Plus, and ordered it, paying for it by check. When I called to verify they had received the check and were processing my order and was told the product was no longer available. Not a problem, just refund my money. I was told becasue I paid by check they would have to refund by check.
