I have First Mortgage with Chase and Second Mortgage with Chase as well, I fell behind on my Mortgage payments because of the slow economy, (Since I am self employed) I applied for the loan modification for the first and second Mortgage I did not have any difficulty to modify the First Mortgage Loan with Chase.
