I need to file a formal complaint towards this company. We had file chapter 13 in 2008, we made all payments on time to the trustee, however due to my son's disability we had to file for a chapter 7. On the process of filling a chapter 7, Santander, never sent us any bills, nor phone calls and repossessed the car. After the car was repossessed, Santander started contacting us by phone calls.
