I purchased a nook color at a local Barnes store. The touchscreen was defective within one week. The store replaced it. The replacement also started to fail within a month. As it was passed the 14 day store return policy, I call their technical support line to inquire about a refund having had this issue twice and finding several others on-line having the same issue.
