We signed a contract with Greg Bacheller at Real Property Management Colorado in December 2010, and have regretted it ever since. Our agent refused to meet with us, does not return our calls, and does not respond to emails. The house is still empty after 2 months, and our promised weekly follow-up calls have never occurred. The lease price has been dropped $100; 4 applicants have turned in apps and were never heard from again. We sent more than one customer to RPM Colorado for showings, and they were never contacted.
