Ordered a LG Imprint online which came with no SD card. Shipping information email gave a phone number to call which was a phone tree with no options regarding my problem, so kept pushing numbers until I got a person who told me she had nothing to do with that problem, to go to www.metropcs.com/service, and who took my information promising to have someone call me.
