I purchased Leggs pantyhose and when I got home, I found they had snags in them. I returned them to the store and they would not help me because I had thrown away my receipt. The Customer Service Mgr. referred me to the 1-800 Guest Services number and they were no help either. I told the rep. there that I would no longer shop at Target if this matter was not resolved.
