Sensible Home Warranty failed to contact a reputable contractor within the 2 Business days timeframe. On 5/27/2011 at approximately 7:00pm, our air conditioner stopped functioning. At which time we contacted Sensible Home Warranty. We advised them that our thermostat needle was slightly passed the 90 degree mark and topped out.
