The representatives were very rude and impersonal. After explaining my situation of being double billed...they were very standoffish and defensive...saying it wasn't there fault or problem...the previous week i had alerted one of the representatives about the problem...telling him that I had paid once..therefore the funds were not available for the second withdrawal...he assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and as long as the bank was alerted it would be all right...a week later the second transaction went through anyway and put... read full review »
