I spent $1400 on a new Thomasville sofa 3 years ago, believing it would last. I am VERY disappointed to find the front bottom frame is bulging out in one spot. My husband and I are not overweight and live by ourselves. The sofa does not get high use. How could this give out when it is so new and never abused? Is the frame made of plaster or wood?? My home is filled with quality Thomasville furniture and I never had problems in the past. I have moved many times over the years, and the wood furniture has held up remarkably well! Will Thomsville stand by their standard of excellent quality and remedy this? read full review »
