I won four lots at auction from this site (aka Mark Bronner), and I've to date only received two, both of which were not the quality listed on the auction site. One of the pieces was a ring which is marked as paid, but the shipping status is and has been for over a week, "pending review". I've asked for a shipping date for the missing lots and Mr. Bronner said to send back the stones I've received and he'll "process" a refund, but I get the feeling he just doesn't want to honor his contract with me. read full review »
