I ordered a full bedroom suite from Bari Furniture upon calling their office on Jan 19, 2010. I waited about 6 months before receiving the first shipment only to find that one piece was damaged. I supplied Bari with pictures and they agreed to send another dresser. They did the following October and February (13 months later) only to find they were both damaged in shipping. The company 17 months later is offering to refund the dresser, but I now have 5 pieces of the bedroom suite and no dresser. This company does not follow up on their order... read full review »
