I have had my camera for 3 months and returned it to best buys because of the faulty battery lid that keeps opening and they would not exchange it for me. their manager was not helpful at all and as far asi know if i have my receipt they should have cahnged the product which has a years warranty. they refused to do this and said the only thing thet can do is send it of for repair which will take a month. How inconvient for them . I have my nephews wedding in two weeks time and cannot taKE ANY PICTURES BECAUSE OF THIS. IM SO PISSED OFF WITH BEST BUYS AND THEIR MADE UP POLICIES.
