This is a horrible scam. Someone somewhere in Kansas (apparently) is sitting back and collecting checks for 11.89 all day long. What a load! You send me a letter stating I may be a 2, 000, 000 winner but you need me to send 11.89 to make my entry fully designated!! Liar. You will suffer for each and every person you have STOLEN from!!!
