Along with all the others that have complained I agree you cannot reach anyone for support. The support number is busy all day. When you do get through you get a robotic answer. The website did not disclose that they were backordered for weeks. When you do get through they cannot find your order in the system. I ordered mine on December 2 and when I checked my account on the 15th I realized they had not taken the money out yet and I was $3.00 short for the order.
