I ordered 4 products from efaucets and asked for overnight shipping. My ordered was changed to regular shipping. I called immediately to cancel my order. The customer service agent said it was "too bad" for me ... the order could not be cancelled that I would have to return the items and pay the shipping charges. The items arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. In order to return the items you must obtain a return authorization number.
