Bought a remote control helicopter, and charge went through on my credit card. After waiting two weeks, finally got a response as to why I did not receive product. Was told that my shipping address did not match that on Credit card according to their "machine". Funny how I haven't moved in 10 years, and that address on card is correct. Asked for refund, and was told I would receive a credit on my card in 48 hours. Never did, and can not get them back on the telehone, and disconnected on their online internet.
