In all the years i have been having dental work, i have never had a verbal confrontation with a dentist; i have an adverse reaction to vicodin, so i asked that the doctor prescribe percoset...he repeatedly refused; i've had it prescribed for dental work before without a problem; anyway, i'm a nurse, well aware of what a dentist/oral surgeon usually prescribes; he was adamant but i persisted and i found it suspicious, as if there was an issue with that particular drug, avoiding prescribing it at all costs.
