I had a business checking account at this bank. The officer had been telling me for months to open up a business savings in the event i had an overdraft in my checking. i took her advice and opened it up verbally. i still had to go in and sign the paperwork, but didnt have the chance. to make the long story short, $700.00 in overdraft fees later, I come to find out that the savings did not act as an overdraft and RBC will not reimburse the fees.
