In October of 2008 my husband purchased 3 pieces of jewelry from Gem Auction TV for a total price of $3865.10. These piece were comically appraised at 50+ times these values. Their stated and published policy is 75% cash refund or 100% house credit, valid for 6 months. We called Gems plus G and informed them we wished to return the jewelry.
