Thin action charged my credit card and refused to give refund. This company offers a 12day product. I called before the product trail ended and notified them on May 10 that the product was returned to sender via USPS because we realized we did not need the item, of which they have a notification of from the Post Office. They did not inform me that this was unacceptable and refused to refund my money.
