My basement was flooding due to two failed sump pumps. Roto Rooter advertises that they provide emergency service. I placed three separate calls with the call center and as of yet I have not received a call from anyone regarding my situation. I have had two separate companies show up, work and leave yet no Roto Rooter response yet. They should not advertise emergency service if they cannot provide that level of service.
