Klaussner is a horrible company for quality and service. My wife and I bought a couch from them. It happened to be an advertised item, something that the manager reminded me of multiple times after it fell apart. I did not buy it because it was inexpensive or advertised, but because it was the right color and size for my needs. To make a long story short, the couch fell apart.
