I ordered a laptop and a streak mobile online in DELL website. The order was placed and I got the acknowledgement to that effect. Even after placing the order I did not get any confirmation. So I called them up to inquire the status and they said that it did not go through because it was a mistake by the system and they want me to pay more. It really doesnt have any sense of satisfying the customer. When it is their mistake they need to rectify it.
