. I tried to cancel my account at the end of April or beginning of May. When doing so I was told I have all this "value added" stuff on my account that I never signed up for. So I realized that instead of reducing my monthly bill you just gave me more crap that I wouldn't use. The rep I talked to that day said to keep my service for 2 months for free anyway to see if I liked my new provider.
