Staples Easy Techs are like windows 95 competing against windows 7 in a maxpi contest. Well simply, its a great way to blow money. First, dont let the sales manager fool you (he will tell you anything because his jobs always on the line) by saying his techs are certified. THEY ARE NOT. Next time, ask any staples to show their certifications in the easy tech. It will be funny to watch them turn pale.
