I used rushcard visa debit to make a purchase. I later had to dispute the charges in early April, 2011. They said I would have to wait up to 90 days before getting a response. some time in mid May, I received a letter advising I need to send proof of return. It took me a week or two to get the address to return the Merchandise. I finally get the address. I get the item returned late Mid May. I forward the requested information on 04/24/11.
