They were offering a $280 2-storey house window cleaning for $55. I signed up only to learn that it was impossible to reach the window cleaning company. Dealfind wanted me to wait 30 days for my refund. I immediately called Mastercard who blocked the transaction. I called Dealfind back and they said they would send me a credit $55 + 10% for my inconvenience. I had to insist they REFUND the $55 immediately as I didn't want to do business with them again. I'm embarassed as I had referred this "deal" to a number of friends. I've used Groupon a number of times without any problems. I will only use Groupon from now on. read full review »
