This is shameful. I am an electronics professional in a hospital and got scammed out of two payments of $14.95. I would not have caught it if I had not been keeping close track of my checking account online. I signed up for a "FREE" report, HA!!! When I finally found out who was charging me, I called and requested a refund. The so called customer service rep said that it was clear when I signed up for the free report and that I would have to cancel within 30 days or be charged.
