I have been a member of Planet Fitness in Lutherville for a couple of years.Some of the staff that work there are rude and unfriendly.They won't greet members or even answer questions.Sometimes the gym is really dirty and unclean.I have heard that there is staff infection going around the gym.Also I had a debit card stolen so I had a late fee and the gym waited months to tell me about it.I want to warn other people about this.Maybe their service will improve one day. read full review »
