I was very unhappy with customer service. I dailed 1-800-526-3037 was called a rude name by one operator who did not identify himself, I called again and was hung up on, I call again and was hung upon. Then I called 1-973-287-5180 and was hung upon. Then I called1-973-287-5190 spoke to Brian and got my issue resolved about the missing parts. He connected with to a supervisor and she hung up on me. Very, Very poor customer service. I would have not ordered it had I known. read full review »
