I bought my son a 200.00 dollar plane. My first order with this company. We receive plane and one of the wings wont lock in place for flying. We call cust ser although it does say on website there ridiculous return policy I still order the plane cuz my son liked it. Well they tell me to take pics of plane before I can return plane pay for return plane must be inspected blah blah.. Now I have a kid with a broken heart. Awful customer service.
