Bought 4 Goodyear Tracker 2 tires for my 2004 Toyota 4runner and as it turned out 3 were defective (out of round). It took a lot of re-balance checks to get it diagnosed. Went to Wal-mart (where I bought them) twice, twice at Discount Tire, and twice to Firestone where they finally diagnosed the problem. I mean come on, how freakin' hard is it to diagnose a bad tire people? Long story short, Wal-mart is going to pro-rate them (the best they would do) and they ordered me a set of Michelin's at a nice discount. Just waiting for them to arrive.
