It was important a gift be delivered on Mother's Day. Not the day before, nor the day after. I called justflowers and explained the situation and was guaranteed the plant would arrive on Mother's Day. We then discussed, for health reasons, I was limited in the plants they could delivere. I gave the justflowers employee a website of plants they could replace my order with should my choice not be available. Mother's day came and went with no delivery.
