We have a water heater under warranty with Sears. It was replaced last year on 6/23/10 after placing the innitaila call on 6/4/10. After instslling the new water heater they wanted to charge us over $500.00 for installation. I had to print the warranty and highlight the area that stasted all repairs are free of charge.
