I ordered a Samsung refrigerator on May19. The 5-10 day delivery promise was moved out to June 6 to June 13 (which is 17-24 days). After reading the delay scam used by this company, I emailed them and said: I am seeing a lot of complaints about delays being made on shipments from HE. And about the condition of products.
