Unbelievable. Do not work here. Their break policy is that you can take one if there's enough coverage to handle the people coming in the door and answer the phone both of which is non-stop. In order for people to save their jobs they work off the clock, which gives the management that the job is getting done. On my 90th day, after getting nothing but stellar bi-weekly reviews from the previous manager, the current manager told me I "wasn't a good fit" and sent me down the road.
