Hiram Waste and Recycling apparently has no problem not honoring a contract. We signed up two years ago for home trash service picked up twice weekly at a rate much less than the competition. In the case of Hiram Waste it is definantly buyer beware as cheaper is not better. Hiram Waste stopped giving the service agreed upon. I understand some customers received notes attached to the trash container while others as in our neighborhood never received any notice at all.
