I purchased a Garry Vacuum in 09. The on off button is so hard to turn on and off. The tools stopped working. When I called the company I was told I could pay $50.00 for them to ship me a new product, and another $50.00 to send the broken one back. This $200.00 vacuum is now costing me $300.00 and its only two years old. It is the cheapest junky item I have ever purchased. I am only sorry I didn't check on line before I purchased this piece of junk, if I had I would not own one now. read full review »
