When I call for customer support I am expecting a friendly voice at the other end, someone who is more then happy to help me with my banking needs and provide me with excellent service. First Niagara Bank does not know customer service, nor do they know convenience. You would expect after a conversion they would be trying to keep customers who have had their bank switched by informing of new products and giving courtesy refunds of their insane fees.
