Although I've only found this site now, the actual incidents took place between April and May, 2010. The collection "agents" from the WFNNB were constantly phoning me and made me agree to a payment arrangement. After the one phone call, I called back to tell agent I was not able to keep the arrangement he "demanded." Several abusive calls followed. I have them recorded.
