I bought a 6 spa treatment package with a 6 month period in Nov 2010 as a xmas gift. Since the treatments would not be used till after xmas, ie Jan 2011, I asked for confirmation that the 6 month period start in Jan 2011 and notwhen I was buying the package. The sales staff at the counter confirmed this was the case. However come May 2011, Massage Envy, refused to honor this Jan 2011 committment. We are cheated out of 2 spa treatments. I find that Massage envy are more interested in service upgrades and service contract extensions than in customer service. read full review »
