I ordered 10 netbooks and have never received them. I have waited patiently for three full weeks now and still no netbooks. I have spent $1200.00 of my hard earned income just to get ripped off by this company. I looked up this companies profile with the BBB and found out that they have over 155 complaints reported. I have contact my lawyer and he is working toward this case. I hve spoken with so many different people from customer service..Amanda, Brooklyn, Alex, Scott, and Sara just for them to tell me I have to wait until their warehouse release the tracking information.
