I bought a Sony IC recorder and the vista operative system came out a few months later - developer information for Vista was issued well beforehand. When the device driver proved to be incompatible with the 64 bit systems, I was asked to "be patient" by Sony technical support. Sony decided to never issue a driver upgrade and never offered a trade-in or refund of any kind. They just deserted users, turning their products into garbage.
