Just Answer is Incompetent or Dishonest I submitted a question to Just Answer on April 30 and received a multitude of assurances that experts were working on my question and I would receive an answer in a few minutes or at most a day or two. Minutes and days passed; I made two inquiries on the website. But I was charged $28 on May 1 (credit card bill arrived later) without ever having any response or making any expression of satisfaction.
